Flat-Fee

For everyone with gross earnings (attributable to TTRPGs and other table-top gaming)
of $12,000 or less in the previous 12 months.

Royalties

For everyone with gross earnings (attributable to TTRPGs and other table-top gaming)
of more than $12,000 in the previous 12 months.

After reading the details and terms in the License Agreement, please fill out the Commercial Use Application below and follow further instructions in the email.

Filling out the form will not automatically grant you a license!!
You need to go through an approval process, which includes scheduling a quick ~15 minute meeting with a Forgotten Adventures representative to go through the license and potential questions as well as the payment process.

Payments will be set up through Paypal, unless agreed upon otherwise.
