Back-Alley Doctor [25×27]

“Nothing could have prepared you for the sight of the good doctor’s surgery – the floors, the walls, and even the ceiling, are splattered with a myriad of multi-coloured stains, most of which are blood-red.
The sight alone turns your stomach, even before the smell hits you – the smell of blood, rot, and formaldehyde. You glance around the room to find it empty, save a bloodied shroud on the operating table.

A bubbling crescendo in the corner catches your attention, where the doctor’s alchemical apparatus is being heated on the burner, and the vile green concoction within begins to glow as it boils.
You realize they were just here, and must have run when they heard you coming – you look around for another exit, and find a rusted ladder half-hidden in the opposite corner, behind the fireplace. You hear heavy-footfall overhead as your quarry flees.”

Back-Alley Doctor is a 25×27 map of a shady doctor’s surgery in the slums – perhaps the party come to this grisly scene while tracking down a missing person, or while seeking the aid of a healer who won’t cost an arm and a leg…

This map, as usual, comes with a number of tiles to adjust the encounter to your needs, and has been set up with walls, lighting, and interactive tiles in our Foundry VTT module.
