Forest Town [35×35]

“A gentle breeze brings with it the sound of rustling leaves and, despite the distance to the ground, the heavy scent of earth and moss.

As you navigate the wooden walkways of this settlement built on the branches of ancient trees, you come to the sacred tree that stands at its heart, but something is wrong. You watch as its lush green canopy begins to turn all the colours of the autumn, and it withers.
The people gathered around grow still and silent, save for a few shocked gasps. The wind rises with a sudden violence, and tears the leaves from its twisted branches. The silence is broken with a wave of anguished cries around you.”

Forest Town is a 35×35 map of a town square built high in the trees, well suited for an encounter with nature-loving folk. Perhaps the party will find brief respite here, or perhaps they will arrive just on time to witness some calamity befall the sacred tree growing in the town square?

This map, as usual, comes with a number of tiles to adjust the encounter to your needs, and has been set up with walls, lighting, and interactive tiles in our Foundry VTT module.
